D. Wise Ltd is a family run business with a long history in the poultry industry, to date spanning over 3 generations. In 1989 we diversified into the egg product market and in 1996 we moved into a new, purpose built EU approved factory. Due to a greater demand for pasteurised egg products we were able to expand our multi-skilled workforce and in turn extend our product range to manufacture blended egg products to customers’ specifications. | |
Our experience and expertise, built over many years producing liquid egg at D Wise Ltd led to the formation of Parkfields Foods in 2003. Parkfields foods is located on the site of D Wise Ltd in a separate factory with kitchens specifically designed for further processing. Parkfield foods currently produces a whole range of scrambled egg products to customers.
We consistently strive to invest in the latest processing equipment and in 2004 a new plant has been added allowing us to considerably increase our output of pasteurised liquid egg. Parkfields Foods also has an exciting future ahead with many new product ideas being developed.
